What drives Olga in life is understanding difficult challenges to lead the way forward, driving change, and empowering people as mentor.

Olga brings 22 years of experience in the language services industry, where she held senior leadership positions in US multinationals Lionbridge and Welocalize with a mandate to enable global profitable scale. Thus she designed and implemented complex operations models world-wide to sustain rapid growth through mergers and acquisitions.

Since 2015 Olga has been an executive member at The Rosetta Foundation in Ireland and has actively collaborated as trainer and advisor with Turkish NGOs that support education and economic empowerment for the socially disadvantaged (Düsler Akademisi, TEGV, Hayata Destek, SPI). Recently she joined the startup project JANA 2.0 to enable migrant economic integration.

Now Olga combines her non-profit endevours with her work as a consultant to help companies with business strategy for growth and M&A advisory.
